Acknowledgment
The most common notarization. You sign in front of the notary who confirms your identity and that you signed willingly. Used for deeds, contracts, and most legal documents.
Jurat / Affidavit
You swear or affirm that the contents of a document are true. The notary witnesses your oath. Common for court affidavits, sworn statements, and insurance claims.
Power of Attorney (POA)
Authorizes another person to act on your behalf for financial, medical, or legal matters. Always requires notarization to be legally valid in Arizona.
Living Will / Healthcare Directive
Documents your medical wishes if you become unable to communicate. Must be notarized to be enforceable in Arizona.
Grant Deed / Quit Claim Deed
Transfers property ownership between parties. Always requires notarization before recording with the county.
Loan Signing Documents
Mortgage and refinance packages requiring multiple notarized signatures. Patricia is a certified loan signing agent.
Articles of Organization (LLC)
The formation document for your Arizona LLC. Patricia can assist with preparation and notarization.
Copy Certification
